Introduction

In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the Vonage Integration Platform webhook API to log calls directly into Salesforce. When a call is made or received to your Vonage Business Communications account, the webhook API is able to capture the call details(to, from, call duration) and create a new Task directly into Salesforce. Also, the application will create a new Contact in Salesforce if the contact does not exist.
